The service is designed to assist clients, particularly in Malawi, in sourcing and importing quality vehicles through licensed and registered third-party agents.
JMotors does not sell vehicles directly. Instead, I act as a consultant and intermediary between clients and vehicle agents based in Japan and Malawi. My role is to facilitate connections and provide guidance throughout the vehicle sourcing process.
Nature of the Service
I operate strictly as a personal consultant and intermediary, offering guidance, coordination, and support throughout the vehicle sourcing and importation process. All vehicles are sourced, purchased, shipped, and cleared through independent, legally registered agents who are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
How the Process Works
- Clients express interest in a vehicle through JMotors
- I provide guidance and connect the client with a trusted, licensed agent
- The licensed agent handles the vehicle purchase and export documentation
- A registered clearing agent in Malawi manages customs clearance, duties, and registration in compliance with Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) regulations
- The vehicle is delivered to the client upon completion of all legal procedures
Legal Compliance
JMotors operates as a personal consultancy service, not as a registered business entity. All customs clearance, tax payments, and vehicle registration are handled by licensed agents in accordance with Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) and Department of Road Traffic regulations.
Important: Any payments related to vehicle purchase, shipping, customs, or duties are made directly to the respective licensed agents, not to JMotors. I do not handle any financial transactions between clients and agents.
